This is the newest addition to the web site. The new piece with a steel 6 gauge barrel is posed next to my brass barreled 4 gauge swivel piece. The brass piece is based on British sea service weapons of the 1st half of the 18th century. It uses 1737 sea service musket hardware and a lock without bridles. The new piece is ment to represent an American piece of the RevWar period with a round faced musket lock and hardware.
